Have you heard the saying, “If you want something done right, do it yourself?” Well, that’s kinda how Exterior Pros was born.
Hi there – I’m Sheila Hibl, the proud founder of Exterior Pros. And, if you have a couple of minutes to spare, I’d love to tell you a little about my (and my family’s) journey to operating one of the leading exterior remodeling companies in the Greater Milwaukee area.
When You Can’t Find A Great Contractor… Become One
Now, if you had told me in 2011 that I’d be running a home remodeling company?!? I wouldn’t have believed you… at all. You see, at the time, I owned an insurance agency, and we primarily worked with local homeowners who were dealing with storm damage – hailstorms, wind damage, you name it.
But I had one MAJOR problem: I couldn’t find ANY good, trustworthy exterior remodeling contractors. Not a single one.
So, I decided… why not become the contractor that I wish I could refer them to?
That’s how Exterior Pros got started – as a beacon of hope for homeowners filing insurance claims following a major storm.

Here are two things you should know about The Hibls: We don’t just “kinda” do something, and we’re a close-knit family. So, when we committed to Exterior Pros, we went all in… and it was a FAMILY endeavor:

- My husband, Doug, is our vice president
- My sister, Steph, is our chief financial officer
- My daughter, Taylor, later joined us as our creative director
